About FleetSijil

FleetSijil started from a simple observation: most Saudi fleets still run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, where the most expensive things — compliance and downtime — are the ones no one is watching. An expired istimara, Fahes or operating card quietly turns into fines, a stopped vehicle, or one held at a checkpoint.

So we built one register for the whole fleet: every vehicle, document, driver, fuel entry and fine in a single place, with alerts weeks before a date turns into a penalty. It speaks Arabic, counts in Hijri and Gregorian, and models the real Saudi documents as first-class records — not custom fields bolted onto a foreign tool.

We are a focused team building deliberately for the Kingdom: PDPL-aware by design, tenant-isolated at the database level, and ZATCA-ready for e-invoicing when your VAT registration is. Our goal is boring reliability — the software quietly keeps every vehicle cleared to drive.
