1. Who we are
FleetSijil provides fleet-management software to businesses in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
2. Data we process
For our business customers we process operational fleet data (vehicles, documents, drivers, assignments, fuel, fines, maintenance) and account data (names, work emails, phone numbers, roles). We process this on behalf of the customer, who controls it.
3. How we use it
We use the data to provide the service: tracking compliance, sending expiry alerts, and producing reports. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer fleet data for advertising.
4. Storage & isolation
Each customer’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so one tenant can never read another’s records. We plan for in-Kingdom hosting as we scale operations in Saudi Arabia.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Transient data (such as raw location pings and read notifications) is purged on a rolling retention window.
