1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of FleetSijil. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use FleetSijil on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
FleetSijil is a subscription fleet-management platform. We may update features over time; we won’t materially reduce the core service you pay for during a billing period.
3. Subscriptions & trials
New organizations start on a free trial. After it ends, continued use requires an active subscription. Fees, billing cycle and any per-vehicle limits are as agreed in your plan.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping credentials secure, and for using the service lawfully. Compliance decisions remain yours — FleetSijil surfaces dates and alerts but does not replace your legal obligations.
5. Availability & liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period.
6. Governing law
